Stay with your Pet

The human-animal bond is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our hospital was designed with an open, transparent treatment area. You can stay close to your pet throughout their care and see how our team works together in real time.

Although we’re an emergency hospital, the space feels warm and welcoming for you and your pet. When more privacy is needed, whether for a sensitive procedure or an important conversation, there are also calm, comfortable rooms away from the busy floor.

Compassionate Emergency Care

In many ways, pets are like people. You can’t predict when they’ll experience an injury or a medical crisis. Our modern hospital is open 24/7, ready and equipped to provide high-quality urgent and emergency care whenever you need it. We know these moments are extremely emotional and stressful. That’s why our team supports animals and their humans with skill, empathy and clear communication.

Our unique open-plan design allows you to stay close and comfort your pet for much of their stay, while our triage system means they will get the attention they need as soon as possible.

Talk to a Nurse

Are you wondering whether your pet needs emergency care? Our experienced nurses provide immediate, personalised guidance to help you decide whether a visit is necessary, or if the situation can wait until your regular vet is available.

If something doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t hurt to ask. We want you to have the clarity, reassurance and advice you need to make the best decision for your pet, and a quick chat with one of our nurses could be all it takes to save time, stress and even avoidable costs.
